*Please Note: There is only one application period per year.
Application packets will be available for pickup at the Health Sciences Division Office or for download from the Health Sciences Forms & Packets webpage 2-3 days before the March Information Session and throughout the application filing period. It is imperative to submit all required documentation for the application packet to be accepted/qualified. Please make sure to gather all required documents prior to the filing start date.

The following courses are prerequisites for admission into the PTA program:
*​Anatomy and Physiology must have been completed within the last 7 years. An appeals process will be available upon application for those working in healthcare related fields.
