Our team partners with faculty, employers, and the local workforce center to connect students with a wide range of career opportunities. We also provide personalized assistance with resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies, helping students build the skills and confidence needed to successfully transition from education to the workforce.

The Career Readiness Plan (CRP)
A self-paced canvas course to help students build the skills, experiences, and confidence needed for lifelong career success. Students are provided with key resources which build upon essential career competencies identified by NACE. Students will explore their strengths, connect with mentors, gain real-world experience, and develop a professional portfolio to help set them up for success for entering the workforce. The course is also available for Faculty to embed into their curriculum with the goal of supporting career literacy in our students. Students are welcome to .
Wingspans
Career Services recently partnered with Wingspans, a new career exploration software accessible to all students that offers exploration in the form of engaging storytelling. Students are able to explore stories that provide a glimpse into the working world through the eyes of authentic people in diverse jobs. Wingspans also provides a career assessment that connects students to Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ programs as well as 39 work readiness trainings.
