Meet Stephen Campbell
Stephen has served as a leader and guide for over 35 years helping individuals, teams and organizations discover a renewed sense of vision and purpose for their lives. He earned his Doctorate in Leadership in the Emerging Culture in 2007, specializing in the development of critical tools for modern leadership. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and holds several other coaching certificates. He engages training from a collective approach, recognizing the power and synergy of the shared wisdom from all participants.

Meet Korey Conry
Korey is a Field Safety Supervisor/Trainer with over five years of experience in the tree industry. He specializes in training new hires and developing a strong safety culture within the company. Korey is an ISA Utility Certified Arborist, Flagger Instructor, CPR Instructor, and OSHA Authorized Trainer, ensuring your team is equipped with essential safety knowledge.
Specializations: Worksite Safety and Compliance, Arboriculture, OSHA Regulations and Forklift Operations

Meet Matt Kluttz
Matt has called the North-State “home” for the past twenty-seven years. Originally from the Bay Area, Matt found his way north in 1993 where he completed both a B.A in Psychology from Simpson University and an M.A. in Leadership A.W. Tozer Theological Seminary. His background in psychology, neuropsychology, and cognitive retraining provide depth, insight, and a fresh perspective on organizational health, leadership development, team communication, conflict resolution, and business strategies. Matt has dedicated the last twenty years of life serving others through mentoring, training, counseling, executive coaching and organizational health consulting. In 2012, Matt founded Therapon; a leadership development firm dedicated to influencing transformational change in leaders and organizations.

Meet Rio Miner
Rio has over 27 years of broad experience as an educator and trainer. From drilling soldiers in military operations to training bankers in financial crime investigations, to K-8 financial literacy and university leadership classes, he has taught a bit of everything. He has led digitization efforts requiring extensive staff retraining at a variety of organizations large and small. Well trained teams operate more efficiently!

Meet Bob Reich
Bob Reich is Executive Consultant with Brainstorm Bob Consulting, providing guidance, support, and assistance to nonprofit organizations through organizational consulting, professional development, trainings, and workshops. He teaches workshops, classes, and seminars nonprofit management, arts and cultural management, boards, grants, public speaking, and similar topics at universities, community education programs, and professional organizations. He brings over 35 years of diverse professional background to his work and teaching in all aspects of nonprofit organizational management with nonprofit, municipal and academic organizations.
