Refund Policy
Refund Policy
The Enrollment Fee is refundable if a class is dropped during the first two weeks of the semester or the first 10% of the class (short term and summer classes). It is the student's responsibility to drop class(es).
The Student Health Fee and Campus Center Fee is refundable if a student withdraws from all classes during the first two weeks of instruction or the first 10% of all classes (short term and summer classes.)
Students who are awarded the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) after paying their enrollment fees may be reimbursed for each eligible term within the same academic year.
The out-of-state tuition refund policy differs from the standard refund policy. Refunds for non-resident tuition are prorated. More information is provided below.
Refund Payment Methods
- If you have paid with a credit card, the refund will be issued back to that card if the refund is processed within 90 days of when payment was made. If it is over 90 days or the payment was made with cash, your refund will be mailed as a check. It is important to make sure that your address is up-to-date in our system to ensure that you receive your refund.
- Typically, refunds are issued each week. Refunds may be delayed near the beginning of each term due to peak times and the high volume of registration changes.
