For existing Staff/Faculty users

Shasta Portal was upgraded in June 2023. If you're an employee, please sign in with your full Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ email address and your existing portal password. Follow the instructions to complete any required account/password recovery and/or authentication process.

If you've already signed in to Shasta Portal before and set up an account, you'll sign in with your Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ email address and existing portal password.

For new Staff/Faculty users

New users are considered all users who are new Staff/Faculty to the college or have not set up their portal account. Please follow the instructions sent to your personal email address on file.

Employees must sign in to the Shasta Portal with their full Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ email address (e.g., username@shastacollege.edu) and portal password. You can access Shasta Portal at .

If you need to change or update your password, you will be required to use 14 characters.

  • If you don't know your password, please follow the prompts after clicking "Can't access your account?" on the sign-in page at .
  • If you know your password and want to change it, please visit the Microsoft 365 app in the Shasta Portal dashboard. Once you have Microsoft 365 opened, please click on the circle icon with your initials or photo and go to "View account". Then next, select the link for "Change Password" and follow the prompt to change password.
