At the annual organizational meeting of the Board which is held every December, the Board of Trustees approve the following year’s Regular Meeting schedule.  In general, the Regular Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm unless the Board approves to modify the date.  Exceptions are noted on the calendar below.

Special Meetings may be scheduled as needed and the agendas will be posted here at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the meeting.

2026 Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees Calendar

Regular Meetings of the Board are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm. The 2026 Regular Meeting of the Board schedule was approved by the Board of Trustees on December 10, 2025. The Regular Meetings of the Board are currently being held in-person only.
