Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ is committed to providing an environment free from discrimination, ensuring equal access to education, employment, and programs. Discrimination based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, or other protected characteristics is prohibited.
The College has procedures in place to address discrimination and ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Retaliation for filing complaints or participating in investigations is strictly forbidden. The Superintendent/President will ensure these procedures are followed fairly and in accordance with Title 5 and other regulations.

What To Do If You Believe You Have Been Subjected to Discrimination
If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination, including sexual harassment, at Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ, you can obtain a copy of the District's Unlawful Discrimination Complaint Resolution Procedures at the Human Resources Office (Administrative Building 100, Room 121) or at the Student Services Office (Campus Center Building 2300).
The District offers both informal and formal complaint resolution options and is committed to ensuring that individuals filing complaints are protected from retaliation.

Responsible District Officer
The Associate Vice President of Human Resources shall be responsible for:
- Implementation of this policy and its accompanying personnel procedures
- Appropriate distribution of policy to administrative staff, employees, and students
- Receipt of all complaints filed pursuant to this policy
- Coordination of investigation of complaints.
All employees are encouraged to review the (PDF) on an annual basis, and new employees are required to review and sign that they have read and understood the guide.

The Associate Vice President of Human Resources is the District's Title IX Coordinator.
